Father and Son

God's word leaves no question about the Father who existed from all eternity, having no beginning and most important, having no end, "For so says the high and lofty One, who inhabits eternity, and His name is holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble of spirit; to make live the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite ones." (Isaiah 57:15), and, "Now to the King eternal, incorruptible, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen." (I Timothy 1:17) and (I Peter 5:10) and (I John 1:2). We who have been created are not capable of understanding eternity; we all have had a beginning; every son and daughter was brought forth by his or her earthly parents union; begotten from our mother's womb. We did not exist before that moment; therefore, we had no thought until later in our human development. I'm trying to make this point clear, that we are to believe that God almighty created man, which is stated in God's word, "And God Jehovah formed the man out of dust from the ground, and blew into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Exodus 2:7). The Father of the human race is this one and only Almighty God with the personal name of, "Jehovah" as it is presented in the Hebrew text. Most Bibles do not translate God's personal name, but instead, a substitute is used, either "Lord" or "God". This does cause much confusion, even though most are not aware of this or its effect, and the confusion is wide spread, the Christian community has used titles to replace His name 6742 times in the Old Testament. Unfortunately, most English Bible translations have rendered His personal name only about four times, as does the King James Version, and the damage from Satan's influence has been accomplished. If you ask twenty Christians, what is God's name, you might get only one who answer correctly, "Jehovah". It's not completely the church attendee's fault, since it's not presented in their Bibles as it should be, nor is it spoken from the Christian pulpits. The multitude of Christian writers rarely us His name, nor do the TV and radio preachers pronounce the name, "Jehovah". The substitutes that are used, "Lord" and "God", which are titles that do belong to God, but also can be given to others, and to our Lord Jesus. The Old Testament Hebrew text does state "Jehovah" 6746 times, and this is what the Son of God inspired the many Old Testament writers to say, if one believes that John 1:1 is understood as correct, "In the beginning was the Word..." declaring that Jesus is the inspirer to all the Bible writers, although some believe that Jehovah Himself inspired the Old Testament writers, it really has no bearing to the point. Strong's #3068 and #3969 are recorded in the Hebrew text 6746 times and the Strong's dictionary part states: Yehovah (the) self-Existent or Eternal ; Jehovah, Jewish  national name of God: - Jehovah, the Lord. Who is man that we can even think to change God's words? "All the things that I command you, take heed to do them, and you shall not add to it, nor take away from it." (Deuteronomy 12:32), which the translators have clearly ignored and done, to generate confusion and error, does this please you?

Do we understand why this unauthorized manipulation of Jehovah's pure and perfect word has dominated the Christian community? Apparently not, since it has remained uncorrected for centuries, but not every Christian has embraced this false tradition, the Jehovah's Witness's obviously haven't, and there are other churches or maybe just scattered individuals who have read one of the three or four Bibles that I know of that pronounce "Jehovah" (or Yahweh) as their God Almighty's name all 6746 times. The question remains, why? The reason for omitting God's name from the ears, eyes and minds of the Christian isn't because of any Biblical instruction, instead, a reason for diverting one from understanding that God, according to God's word, is "one" and only "one". Proven by at least a hundred Biblical verses, and the verse most every Christian has read or heard quoted is the first commandment, "I am Jehovah your God, who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. You shall not have any other gods beside Me." (Exodus 20:2,3). But the common Bibles do not present the Hebrew text as it was intended by God in His first command, containing the name "Jehovah", presented seven others times in the Ten Commandments. A most clear and direct verse on this issue is, "Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah." (Deuteronomy 6:4), and another, "See now that I, I am He, and there is no other God with Me. I kill, and I keep alive. I wound and I heal, and there is no deliverer from My hand." (Deuteronomy 32:39). The other reason is that Satan's goal is to remove God from the Christian mind and taking His name almost totally out of his word accomplishes this with success.

Another accepted deviation from an unauthorized alteration from the translators, is ignoring that "Jehovah" as our Creator, "You alone are He, O Jehovah; You have made the heavens, and all their host; the earth and all which is in it; the seas and all that are in them; and You shall preserve them all alive. And the host of the heavens bows down to You." (Nehemiah 9:6), and I must include at least one from David, "The deep places of the earth are in His hand; the summits of the mountains are also His. The sea is His and He made it; and His hands formed the dry land. O, come let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker." (Psalm 95:4-6), and from Isaiah, "The lyre and the harp, the timbrel and flute, and wine are at their feast; but they do not regard the work of Jehovah; yea, they do not see the work of His hand." (Isaiah 5:12). Can I be fair if I don't include at least one from the New Testament, "Heaven is My throne and the earth a footstool of My feet; what house will you build Me, says the Lord (Jehovah); or what the place of My rest? Did not My hands make all these things?" (Acts 7:49,50), please, just one more, "For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God." (Hebrews 3:4). The tradition is heavily set in the Christian community that God is three in one, or some variation of three, commonly called, the Trinity, but God's word (or the Bible) contains no such description of our God, only one Almighty God, named "Jehovah" and only one, only-begotten Son of God, then named Michael, later when He was reborn through Mary, He was renamed Jesus. The only vague reference to a triune god is present in only a few of the later manuscripts, and the KJV makes note of this; the NIV completely omits this later additions to the Greek copies. "For there are three that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." (I John 5:7); "And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one." (I John 5:8). I can only reason that these additions, presented in black print, are because there are no statements or references to a triune god in the entire Bible from Genesis through to Revelation, therefore, someone decided to add what was needed in support of a triune god.

The Father and Son relationship is an important part for establishing the salvation that God desired and designed for the human race. First, because Jehovah could not pay the price for our sins because God cannot die, and God is needed to maintain all that exists, including ourselves, which would cease to be a reality, therefore Jehovah needed to send His Son Michael, who was lowered to just below the angels for the purpose of accepting death, "but we do see Jesus crowned with glory and honor, who on account of suffering of death was made a little less then the angels, so that by the grace of God He might taste of death for every son." (Hebrews 2:9). Jesus then became the "Son of man" during His first advent and walked perfectly according to His Father's laws and commands in order to qualify Himself as the "Lamb of God", to pay the penalty of death for the sins of man, which He accomplished perfectly and on time. He walked in the strength of a man to experience our trials, including the stress of His final earthly task. His many miracles were then accomplished by His perfect faith, having personally known His Father, Jehovah, "Men, Israelites, hear these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man from God, having been approved among you by powerful deeds and wonders and miracles, which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourself also know." (Acts 2:22). Christ, having known His Father, God Almighty personally, gave Jesus the power in faith that we can only come close to, and Jesus did tell us of this kind of faith, "But the Lord said, If you had faith as a grain of mustard, you may say to this sycamore tree, Be rooted up, and be planted in the sea! And it would obey you." (Luke 17:6). He possessed this power by His faith, having been lowered to a condition close to our makeup; showing us that we need to energize our faith in order to conquer our trials by faith in God during our earthly life. Christ will always be the Son of God, even during His first advent. Christ's Father is also our Father and we are to follow Christ's lead, holding to faith and in walking in His Father's commands and laws, as He did to qualify Himself as the "Lamb of God" and as an example for us, then if we ask, He may endow us with the strength we need. The relationship between the Father and the Son is a holy relationship; this is a special relationship and we are also sons and daughters of our Almighty Father, "Jehovah", but we need to perform righteousness as a son of Almighty God.
